This week, I would like to share with you a special blogger with whom I have made “friends” quite a while back. He has a great blog over at Windblownwords, and I do hope you will peruse through his posts. One of his recent blogs that I found of great encouragement was this one about the importance of our writing and sharing what’s inside. Paul writes with integrity, maturity and wisdom, and it has been a delight to follow his words.
Today, I’d like to share with you someone who has a common love of mine for Gatlinburg, Tn. Cjwagner24 has dedicated his whole blog to all things G’burg. He will tell you about local happenings, opinions about the area, beautiful sceneries you need to see and wonderful places you need to eat. I have really enjoyed discovering his blog, and I believe you will, too.
It’s Friday, which means it’s time for another Friday’s Friends! I am so blessed to be able to share with you these new blogs each week. I do hope you are enjoying them and are able to find new “friends” within our blogging community.
Today, I’d like to share with you a very special blogger who touches my heart each time I read her posts. Coffee Cup Mama writes as if she’s talking to me at the kitchen table, sitting with a warm cup of coffee, just chatting for a spell. I have so enjoyed reading her story, and I believe you will, too. This story, in particular, really hits home with me, and I am blessed that she chose to share it. I hope it will minister to many more with whom find a common bond of heartache and strength in faith.
I do hope you will head on over to Coffee Cup Mama and enjoy a little time with her. I believe you will leave feeling a little lighter. 😉
My “friend” this week has been such an inspiration to me, and I do hope she will be the same for you. Heart and Soul is exactly that. I so enjoy popping over to her blog from time to time to read of her daily happenings or a new challenge she is conquering.
I do hope you will stop by over there and let her share with you a little Heart and Soul.
Today, I’d like to share with you a rather new blogger who has really inspired me. Her blog A Necessary Pain released a new post the other day, and I happened to come across it, because she found me and liked one of my posts. This post encouraged me so and reminded me, once again, that we are all on a journey in this life, and regardless of the pain we may have endured, when we share our story, others can find healing. I hope you will go by and visit, and I do hope you will be encouraged by the stories she shares. 🙂
Sue over at Sue’sPen2Paper is a delightful blog to explore, and her books are very intriguing. She is also an advocate for those who have dealt with sexual abuse. You can find out more on her blog. She features quite a few other bloggers as well; so, I do hope you will check out her page and discover a few new friends, too. 🙂
I’d like to share with you a blogger who has touched my heart with the story she shares. BeautyBeyondBones has an incredible testimony of how she has lived in the depths of despair and came out shining on the other side with hope. Her story inspires me and encourages me to look beyond the smile that someone has and really look into their eyes to see if their soul is truly full of hope.
I do hope you will go and visit her, and I hope you will find her story as encouraging as I have. I love that her latest decision has been to completely live by faith, to live it radically and for a greater cause than herself…this is truly beautiful!
Today’s Friday’s Friend holds a very special place in my heart. She holds a special place in my heart, because she is so very brave, and she loves to the depth of her soul. She is funny, creative and sometimes even unpredictable, and I just love her! I am proud to call her my friend. ❤
Karen has a special way of just getting into your heart and staying a while. She blogged many years ago, and then, she created a new site this year with a fresh new outlook. She is such an inspiration to so many, and she has fought hard to become the beautiful soul she is today. I am so proud of the hope she has brought forth and the art she is creating. I do hope you will drop by and check out her site and maybe even purchase a piece or two of her beautiful, handcrafted creations! 🙂
Ps. For “techie newbies,” just click on one of the highlighted lines above to go to that part of her blog. 😉
Today, I’d like to share with you someone who has connected with me often here, and he was the second person to give me an encouraging word about this new weekly “friendly event.” So, I thought it very appropriate to feature him as my second Friday Friend. 🙂
Andy over at The Wandering Poet has a wonderful blog of poetry, music and photography. I love his 80s music section, and being an 80s child myself, I could get lost on these pages for a little while. haha. The sweetest part of this blog is what he describes as a dedication in his about section. Drop by over there and see the sweetness. 🙂
I picked It Is Still Real because she has been such an encouragement to me on my blog, as well as, she was the first to reply to my “big announcement” about today. I thought since she took the time to send a word of encouragement, I could take the time to notice her first! 😉
Emissary has a wonderful blog all about encouraging the readers and diving into the Word of God. I love her post from the other day, and her cat is absolutely adorable! I do hope you will check it out, and I do hope you will enjoy “meeting” her. 🙂
